I Bought some opals from you on 19th Jan 09 and am so pleased with them. Not only did we find exactly what we wanted to match a ring I had made here in the UK but your jeweller set the loose stones so that the pendant is an exact match for the ring – added a baquet diamond and also did a fantastic job on the ear rings with continental clips. All this in around 48hours which is amazing service.
Thank you so much it was a great trip to an amazing country and my opals will always remind me of being there.

The drop earrings are really beautiful. They compliment the drop pearl wonderfully, although since I cannot give them to my girlfriend right away, I cannot truly report on how the entire ensemble works. But I am certain that they will be wonderful.
Thank you for your careful and considerate discussion you had with me in Australia about a month ago when I visited Australian Opal Cutters and Australian Peal Divers. The time you spent with me covered as many aspects of pearls as one could possibly hope to grasp and I feel that while I am not a sophisticated buyer I now have enough information to fulfill the requirements of "caveat emptor".
In the future I will always think of you when I want to add to my sweethearts collection of beautiful pearls. It turned out that no one had ever bought pearls for her before me and that she had always wanted them.

I am writing this email as I recently had the pleasure of having my engagement ring made by Massimo Barbera.
I honestly do not even know where to start or in fact feel that my words will do justice to the amazing job Massimo did making my ring. I designed the ring, and how Massimo took my ideas and turned them into the beautiful ring I have on my finger today is just unbelievable - the ring is better than anything I could have imagined.
I am a very (very very) particular person and I try to prepare myself when someone else is doing something for me, that I am going to be a little disappointed because in general, its hard to get someone else to understand completely the vision you see in your head. While we were waiting for the ring to be made, I kept telling myself that I was not allowed to be upset if it wasn't perfect or exactly what I imagined, because even though I had drawn the ring a thousand times, someone else was outworking that in to the real life version and that just meant it wouldn't be exactly the same and that would be okay. All I can say is that I was in awe for days after actually getting the ring and I couldn't stop looking at it because I could not believe how Massimo had taken my vision and so perfectly created my ring exactly how I had imagined it, only better!
The joy of getting engaged has almost been overshadowed (in a good way) by other peoples response to my ring. I have had so many compliments about it, not just from family and friends, but from shop assistants, waiters and strangers. People don't believe me when I say we had it made, they think it is an heirloom that has been handed down to me or antique we bought. I have also had many people ask if it is by various design houses, which is always fun. :) Many of our friends are amazed that my fiance would have spent so much on my engagement ring, as they presume it costs somewhere in excess of $40 000 (because lots of their rings come from Tiffany's) when in fact, my ring cost only around $6000 and has better diamonds, is bigger and much more beautiful than their rings.
My ring is beautiful, timeless and so classic. The craftsmanship is unlike anything I have ever seen before and it is honestly something that I will truely treasure for the rest of my life. Massimo was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and we really loved getting to work with him (and have both commented since that we'll miss him now). The prices and quality of the diamonds was unbelieable (especially after looking at main-stream jewellery houses) and we have already recommended friends to the Australian Opal Cutters and to Massimo specifically.
I just want to say thank you and make sure that Massimo got the praise he deserved for a job incredibly well done. He is truely an assett to your establishment and I can not speakly highly enough of how talented I think he is!

I would like to thank you and your team especially Putta Reddy who looked after us. We were a bit apprehensive about making a purchase especially after we went through the security doors, but he soon put us at ease. A couple of glasses of cold water on a hot day and a friendly smile meant that we could concentrate on the purchase at hand. Putta was very helpful and never pushy, which we really appreciated.
I bought an opal face watch $60.00 and an opal triplet in silver pendant $75.00 on invoice 00013268 on 21/12/09 as a belated wedding anniversary gift. She loved me for taking her in. Just thinking aloud, but I am now thinking about coming back for a future purchase for my relatives in New Zealand. I am hoping to be able to see Putta again.
By the way, I first heard about you when you used to advertise on FM 103.2, the Christian radio station. I have never forgotten your ad, though I never had a chance to come in. Thank you for advertising on it. I knew then that you were a reputable company and that I wouldn’t be ripped off. I was not disappointed, plus I got excellent service and prices that I could only dream about.
